Acts amounting to insult or
humiliation to members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes should be
visible and audible to public, otherwise it would not amount to offence –
Alleged incident of insult or intimidation took place inside house of applicant
and not in the public place – Not an offence. (Uday Singh Ram Singh Pawar v.
