Civil Procedure Code – Section 60(1)(g)- The question is
whether the terminal benefits of the respondent/defendant
which are credited to his account in Union Bank of India are
attachable before judgment
The Hon’ble Supreme Court in Radhey Shyam Gupta held
that retiral benefits are not liable for attachment as per
proviso (g) to section 60(1) CPC. This court finds no
irregularity or impropriety in the order impugned
